Upinder is an admitted legal practitioner in Queensland with more than 17 years experience practising both in the public and private sectors. In her role as the General Counsel for the Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service, she overseas legal functions including Legal Services, the Ethical Standards Unit and Right to Information and Privacy unit. She has jurisdictional experience in Queensland and Commonwealth courts and has managed governance, compliance and workplace integrity functions.
