Galentine‘s Day – St Hilda’s School shares the love around

There are many different ways to support the work of Rosies and recently one of our Youth Engagement Program (YEP) schools, St Hilda’s, held a special “Galentine’s Day” fundraiser.

A social post about their activity described it as such, “Students embraced their gift of sisterhood on Valentine’s Day by showing their love and appreciation to those around them. Heartfelt activities included brownie deliveries, surprise musical serenades and face painting (with a side of accessories)”

The post continued, “In the spirit of love and belonging, all proceeds from this year’s initiative will be donated to Rosies. It is their mission to ensure that no one feels left out or disconnected from their community, no matter their circumstance. Rosies aims to provide friendship and unconditional acceptance to those doing it tough.”

We are so grateful for the women of St Hilda’s for helping us to share our mission of friendship and social connection and helping make the world a kinder and more loving place. We and our friends on the street are very grateful for your efforts and the love you show to others.
