Know how to use everything you are given
St Eugene de Mazenod
Our Rosies volunteers take this saying to heart by looking after the wellbeing of each other and those who come and visit us on outreach.
Rosies shares its safety measure policies for its personnel and supports the patrons through various helpline services.
Our patrons face many problems: individual, familial and societal. In all of their needs, our patience during rough times, our kindness in the way we serve and our goodness in and through our relationship and friendship with all patrons are specially seen in the parable of the Good Samaritan (Luke 10:25-35). It is the best demonstration of love and care in action and that is exactly what we do.
While being grateful to all the donors, I do express my heartfelt thanks to the team at the head office, coordinators, team leaders and each and every member of our volunteers who make use of the kindness of our donors wisely. Every penny, every packet of noodles, soup and snacks, each bottle of milk and beverages, and the hot and cold food are all used well and they are shared with all of our patrons whole heartedly.
