Our people is what makes Rosies so special – every volunteer plays such a large part in making sure that all those who attend outreach feel welcome and safe.

There are those who work behind the scenes to ensure that everything runs smoothly, that the hub and van are well stocked and that our patrons are happy. Our Branch Coordinators are always up to something; picking up donations from local businesses, presenting at schools or searching for ways to offer more on outreach and without their tireless efforts there would be no Rosies.

Jan is our Deputy Branch Coordinator at Caboolture and has been volunteering since the branch started in 2006.

Jan has a passion for helping those who are disadvantaged and genuinely believes that a coffee and chat can change a life. Jan loves the unified approach that the branch takes – everyone chips in to do their part to ensure that the outreach is an inclusive and welcoming space.
